These side panels start out as custom made sheets from a heated platen press under many tons of force with the weave you desire. They are CNC routed to the final shape and clear coated if gloss is selected.

One neat feature is the ability to flip the sides to change the appearance. Feeling glossy in the summer but want to go matte in the winter? No problem.
