Here is an alternative stand for my WDT tool. At the core, is a heavy slug of stainless steel with a hidden magnet*. On the surface is a an anodized aluminum shell to match the WDT tool. Underneath, there is a rubber oring to provide grip to your countertop.

*Magnet on the stand or WDT may need to be flipped over if the magnet poles are not aligned
